• الإرهاب والاستخدام المنهجي للإرهاب، هو عباره عن وسيلة من وسائل الإكراه في المجتمع الدولي. والإرهاب لا يوجد لديه أهداف متفق عليها عالمياً ولا ملزمة قانوناً، وتعريف القانون الجنائي له بالإضافة إلى تعريفات مشتركة للإرهاب تشير إلى تلك الأفعال العنيفة التي تهدف إلى خلق أجواء من الخوف، ويكون موجهاً ضد أتباع دينية وأخرى سياسية معينة، أو هدف أيديولوجي، وفيه استهداف متعمد أو تجاهل سلامة غير المدنيين. بعض التعاريف تشمل الآن أعمال العنف غير المشروعة والحرب.
• Terrorism and the systematic use of terror, is a means of coercion in the international community. Terrorism has no universally agreed goals nor legally binding, and the definition of criminal law as well as common definitions of terrorism refer to such violent acts that aim to create an atmosphere of fear, are directed against followers of certain religious and political or ideological objective, and intentionally​ target or ignore the safety of non-civilians. Some definitions now include unlawful acts of violence and war. 

If you have not heard, recently there were two terrorist bombings targeting Copts (A type of Christian) in Egypt. It's an important reminder that terrorism can affect people globally, and that one life is not inherently worth more than another. Hearing about strife in the news can dishearten you, but there's a lot more uplifting news in the Middle East than the news shows.
